We offer a 30-day trial period from the day your package arrives. Take your time to try it on and see how it fits into your lifestyle.

To maintain our commitment to quality for all customers, we ask that returned items are:

* In their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
* Complete with all Zenvro branded tags and packaging.
* Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or "Final Sale" pieces are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

🚀 Our 3-Step Return Process

1. Request: email support@zenvro.shop with your order ID.
2. Ship: Secure your items in the original box. We will provide a Return Authorization to include inside.
3. Inspect: Once it arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 48 hours.

Found the right style but the wrong size? We offer Priority Exchanges.

* Email us to "reserve" your new size.
* As soon as your return tracking updates, we’ll dispatch your new selection so you don't have to wait for the refund to process.

💸 Refund Details

Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Timeline: While we process returns quickly, please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

🛠️ The "Make It Right" Policy

If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or simply the wrong item, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and a priority replacement at zero cost to you.

🌍 Global Returns

For our international Zenvro family, please ensure your return package is marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary customs delays. Please note that international return shipping and any associated duties are covered by the customer.
